Ascension, 2012

"O Christ our God, upon fulfilling Your dispensation for our sake, You ascended in Glory, uniting the earthly with the heavenly. You were never separate but remained inseparable, and cried out to those who love You, 'I am with you and no one is against you." - Kontakion of the Ascension, Byzantine Rite

Fr. Greg,

I hope you are well and that your service to the Lord and His Kingdom is thriving and blessed. I remembered you today in my prayers.

Thank you, Alice. We have relocated to Gatlinburg TN where we are planning/attempting to establish a mission.

I am also working around 50 hours/week in a secular job which, of course, presents its own ministry opportunties. Please keep me in your prayers even as I pray for you.

I have a question,

I believe I saw something on your blog, or linked to from your blog, over a year ago, discussing the orthodox view of salvation/relationship with God to a different (evangelical?) view.
It was a video that involved chairs. Sometimes the chairs would turn their backs on each other... Do you know what I am talking about and if there is somewhere I can watch this video again?

Thanks, Abu Daoud.

What happened? Life.

I will, however, resume writing it again, but I cannot say when.
